They're gorgeous, blonde, rich and famous. The 36-24-35 pin-up girl Betty Grable (a.k.a. the girl with the million dollar legs) and none other than the 37C-24-35 movie star Marilyn Monroe are two of the most influential women in world history.
But, what does that have to do with this month's feature? Well, only that this month's feature, Melissa Collins, was chosen by the national magazine, Men's EDGE, to portray both of these women in their 1940's pin-up tribute. What an honor!
I first came across the flawless Melissa back when GH was still doing weekly features, and when I switched to monthly, I knew that she would be the perfect GH Girl of the Month for February, her birthday month.
So what kind of woman is Melissa Collins? Well if you're into seductive 5'5", 103 lbs, Tennessee blondes with blue-eyes and the most tempting 34B-22-34 body east of the Mississippi, then she's your kind of woman!
Melissa is a part-time model with an irresistable personality and admits, "I love meeting new people and making friends."
She has traveled to places like Jamaica, the Bahamas, all over the U.S., Mexico and more. She even had the chance to move to NYC, but she couldn't bear to part with Nashville, Tennessee. She does a lot of work in Atlanta, but she always gets to come back to her nice, cozy home and enjoy her built-in movie theatre! Oh, did I mention she loves watching movies? "Other than that I am just a regular person!" -Melissa
However, this lively, delectable pin-up isn't all fun and games. She's a hard worker. "I design websites so I have a brain too! That is how I spend my spare time mostly," said Melissa. You can check out the site that she designed for herself at www.melissacollins.com. Her Troops Donation page is pretty sweet!
For a part-time model, Melissa has a ton of experience in film and television, commercials, music videos, modeling and print, and industrial work. A few of her talents include many dance types, athletic skills, electronics skills, children and animal skills, and my personal favorite, physical flexibility. Oh yes, let's take a moment for that last one.
Along with her 1940's pin-up tribute in Men's EDGE, Melissa will be featured in TopPair Poker Magazine. She's also been in many magazines including Teeze, Ultra, Gener8, and none other than Playboy's Grapevine Section. Now there is way more where that came from, and that doesn't even include any of her TV appearances, such as "Sex in the City" or the independent film "Ms. Budweiser."
From the time Melissa was a little girl doing everything from dance recitals to pageants, it should have been clear that she was meant to be big!
